Waffles and whipped honey butter

Ingredients

4 x store Bought Waffles

200 g salted butter

50g B honey

1/2 tsp ground nutmeg

Pinch of sea salt flakes

Tips

Tip: Serve with seasonal fresh fruit. Any leftover butter can be stored in an air-tight container for up to 3 days.

Method

  1. Heat waffles according to pack instructions. Set aside and keep warm.
  2. In a mixer, whip all remaining ingredients until light and fluffy.
  3. Top waffles with whipped honey butter and sprinkle with honeycomb or nuts.
