- Pre-heat oven to 220°C.
- Combine miso, honey, soy sauce and sesame oil in a small bowl.
- Brush the miso & honey glaze over the salmon fillets and cook skin side down for 12-15 minutes. After 10 minutes has passed, brush the salmon fillets once again.
- Serve with steamed broccolini and rice, garnish with spring onion.
