Miso & Honey Glazed Salmon

Ingredients

2 salmon fillets

50g white miso paste

30g B honey

20ml soy sauce

10ml sesame oil

Sliced spring onion to garnish

Steamed rice and broccolini to serve

Method

  1. Pre-heat oven to 220°C.
  2. Combine miso, honey, soy sauce and sesame oil in a small bowl.
  3. Brush the miso & honey glaze over the salmon fillets and cook skin side down for 12-15 minutes. After 10 minutes has passed, brush the salmon fillets once again.
  4. Serve with steamed broccolini and rice, garnish with spring onion.
