Method

1. Pre-heat oven to 150C. Line a 12-hole muffin tin with paper cases.
2. Melt butter, sugar and honey together in a saucepan over medium heat. Add cornflakes and mix well to combine.
3. Spoon mixture into prepared patty cases.
4. Bake for 10 minutes until golden. Rest in the tin for 2 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
