Ingredients

1 cup milk of choice

¼ cup plain yoghurt

¼ cup rolled oats

¼ cup ice

1 medium banana

15g B honey

20g Peanut Butter

1 tsp chia seeds

Method

  1. In a blender, blitz all ingredients until smooth.
